Thanks, Fairyy. I just downloaded Irfanview recently and have used it quite a bit. It's a great program. But alas, needed an icon that didn't give me double vision! LOL!

You're welcome, George! I went to the FastStone website because I'd never heard of them. Looks like a good program and a simple icon. I'll see what I can come up with.

47songs....sorry for the double post. Yes! I really love BOTH IV & FS....each has things about it the other doesn't - if you like photo editing & alot of special effects, then FS is probably your best bet...IV probably is the better viewer. The default icon for FS is rather antiquated; like something from Win.95. Thx!

Hi, George. I had worked a little bit on the icon from the FastStone website that looks like a white rock, but wasn't satisfied with where it was going. So I downloaded the program itself which produced an icon with an eye in it. Is that the icon you were thinking about replacing? I believe that would be a more identifiable icon than the one with the rock. And it would be easier to come up with an icon in that style. I'm going away for the weekend and won't be back until Monday but will make one in that likeness then.
I don't really use photo editing software much, and I just downloaded Iranview to help with resizing wallpapers. And of course now that I have it, I'm using it for other things as well. But I do like to make icons! LOL! So I will attempt one when I get back.

Donna, Re: Yes! It's the one with the "Eye" your right.....as you can tell it's really outdated in relation to the fabulous IV icon you've make for all of us! I have it on my desktop & can't tell you how long I've waited to get a good version of this! Thx again!

I'm glad you like it, George. When I first started searching for an IV icon to recreate, I found two of them. One with the magnifying glass and one without. Plus they were both facing different directions. Soooo, indecisive me couldn't make up my mind which one to make so I made both of them in different sizes and file types. The other one I made I just uploaded in the Object Dock area.
I'm on my way out and will be back on Monday, and then I'll start the Faststone icon.
