I think I know why it won't appear-- There is another logon which some of us may have that already has the same name. I loaded your logon anyway and while the preview for the old "Serenity" logon shows, your logon is applied. Maybe if you change the name a bit, it will appear in the menu previews.
Regardless, it's a really nice logon!
