Open up logon studio and click on the load button. Navigate to the folder that contains the zip file which you downloaded (in this case scarab.zip). You might not be able to see the zip file, in which case look at the bottom of the window. There should be a drop-down menu with the label "files of type:" containing the text "LogonStudio File (*.logonxp)". Change this to "All files (*.*)" and you should see the scarab.zip file. Double click on it. That should load the logon.
