ok, I may not be Jewish...
But doesn't a menorah have 7 arms and a chanuka 9 arms, this then being a chanuka?
Furthermore is doesn't look very shiny or 3-dimensional. More like stamped-out yellow plastic. And the lighting and shadows on the table are all wrong. If the candles are giving of light the shadow should be under the chanuka in 1 oblong.
