Multiple ZIPs inside the folder, each holding a renamed LOGONUI.EXE
Unzip all, unzip the resolution specific one for you, and go from there.

ok. i extracted the executable for the 1024x768, executed and nothing happened. its not in my login list either. i should be looking for ae in the list, right? i tryed refreshing it too, to no avail. hmm. any ideas?

You need to Import the LOGONUI.EXE file. I'd recommend dumping it on the desktop or some such location, deleting any folders that may have been set up for the skin out of your LogonStudio directory, and the IMPORTING from the LOGONUI file. It'll create the directory structure for you, but ONLY if it won't overwrite something.
