You can read a crib sheet I built up as I worked at http://webpages.charter.net/joolsie/LogonScreens.htm
It deals with the contents of the UI file and is not specific to Logon Studio.
The 32 bit bitmap was loaded using ResBuild from TGT Soft - it converts 32 bit PNGs.

I can't get it to work is it suppose to be a .logon.xp file?? and if it is how am i suppose to get that into the logonstudio
