Time to go through a list 
It's small. LOL
1) When I downloaded this, it downloaded as a .zip, should of been a .logonxp file. I changed it, so it's fine but I wanted to give you the heads up.
2) I use resolution 1280x1024, I fixed the size difference by selecting style 6. Should keep this in mind if you want more then one screen size to use your logon

3) Doesn't look bad, I like the design of the icon you used. Keep up the great work!
