I rated this a 10 because of the classic modern , uncluttered design-- It is a very high quality logon , especially for one having been created back in 2002. The color shades are awesome and soothing, like candy-- the 3D look is high quality too. This is something I will be using. I am re-visiting all the old skins to pick out the high quality ones to save- and this one fits the winner catagory.
