Check the tutorial folder in logonStudio folder under convert. This is there.
1) Select �1) Fixed Size� for the style, then you have to specify the Height and Width of the picture to fill the area deseeded; to do that fill the �Pic Width� and �Pic Height� properties, you will immediately see the result in the preview window.
(You can use percent values to make the logon resolution independent)
Put �83%� for �Pic Height� and �50%� for �Pic Width� it should work well.
