I know this place, I'm from the Philippines myself, although i've nevr been there but i recognized it as sooon i zomed it in

oh, well i used photoshop in all my graphics and its pretty easy once you get the hand of it. by the way, if you want to create logons like mine and others with splash screen just make sure u know how to tweak the uifile.txt. the limits are... well, as far as i am concerned, there are no limits. the program is the same published by wincustomize. or unless you are refering to other programs, i can't tell you much. thanks for patronizing my works. thanks
