thats some badass work u've got there just about the first time ive ever seen a logon with different res and that kinda quality cant come to think of just anything else to say than "HOLY SHIET" stunning work and i freakin love the rest of yer design's right in my taste and very original

Soren Leonheart you need to install a freeware program called Logonstudio: https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/
after install the program, download and double click the skin file and it will auto install and apply.

About make this kind of logon, you have to edid the UIFILE.txt by hand with a text editor, you cant try
to edit it in the LogonStudio Editor or will broke it, there's a tutorial about it at deviantArt.com tought,
maybe you can find it using the search there. Another way is open an existing skin and try to change it to
learn how it work.
