What you want to do is you want to save the file. After saving it go to Logon Studio and there will be a tab called load. Find the logon in which folder you saved it to then click on it and it should load.

I tried it out, but it still doesn't work, when I click load then go to the folder where it is at, no files show up in the browser window, when I go to the folder without using logonxp, files such as bitmap, preview, etc... show up, but there is no file in the folder with the extension of .logonxp, this happens with every download that is in a zip or rar package, only files that I download that are just the file with the .logonxp extension work.

Soufboy, you need to rename the file you download. Rename it from "NinjaTurtleRaphael.zip to NinjaTurtleRaphael.logonxp. Then just click on the file and it will install itself.
