I just downloaded it and it works fine. I use 1280x1024 resolution and the background fit well, it wasn't scrunched all up in the left corner like a lot of 1024 logons are. No error messages, everything worked. In my opinion, it's the backgrounds that you use. They just don't seem to be something that would be very popular to most people for a logon. There are a lot of very poorly made logons on here that have better ratings and far more downloads just because they used a Vista Grass wallpaper or whatever else is popular at the moment.
So as far as you logon creating skills, you do a pretty good job. All the buttons are standard Logon Studio buttons,and you should start learning how to create your own. The bmp 100.. the background....creating you own is always the best but you have to start somewhere. I started by getting permission from the artists to use wallpapers I liked for my logons, until I learned to create my own. And I still do occasionally ask to use somebody elses if I think it would make a really nice logon.
