Thanks for the great rating. |
It was only a 5 to start, I did give low rating, not only due to images that appear not to be your own work but also at my 1280x1024 res image is blurry, your bottom panel is 640x24 set to stretch to 1280x100, it does not match up with main image. Did you crop it off image before resizing image to 1280x924, this is proper size for 1280x1024 with 100 bottom panel, why a 640x24 bottom panel.

I let Mike know on one of his earlier logons you need permission to use others works, so it is not a new issue.
But if you think I am out of line, fine, boss tell Mike not to pull his works and I will leave them alone.

. And being critical of the size of the bmps and the settings seems to be not your problem...it's not your logon and obviously you aren't trying to help, just tearing down his effort. |
Hey boss, if it was not for the bottom panel issue I would have never looked in the folder and would have just deleted the logon and moved on.
If the parts issue was not, I would have posted about bottom panel so Mike would know and be able to update it if he wanted to.
I have adjusted my rating to be what the original moderation rating was.

As I said above I have adjusted my rating and would like boss to let Mike know he does not have to pull his works. I will still download any he submits to see his progress but will not rate or comment negatively on them.

I know that Logons alot of times will only work at specific resolutions..Mine are like that because I like to fit the elements in specific locations and I dont have the whole "Splash" thing down yet..
That may be why some of it didnt work at your res..I dont know..
Anyway..im not trying to start anything either..I would be saying the same in your defense if the situation were reversed......

With your logons DZ, they apply fine at 1280x1024 even though you state made for 1024x768.

Hey DZ, other than Mike's latest 2, for possible parts issue, Mike has like 40 that are here before you get to the last one I commented on. |
Yeah, your probably right...still seemed like an awful lot!... and I did say "it seemed" like... I knew it hasnt been every one...
At anyrate..I hope he hangs in there...I heard he was feeling pretty "beat-up" over it..
As for my Logons.. Some do..and some dont..I have tested them at different resolutions and some of them are really a mess..so just to be on the safe side I just say the resolution they are created with..and I *know they will work at...

Geez, people...is this a witch-hunt or what?
99.9% of all Logons have untouched images with 'odd' dates. That isn't the issue. The 'issue' only arises when some prolific uploader does absolutely nothing to a logon other than swap the bitmap100 with a wall he tripped over somewhere and uploads them as if they are some 'great work'.
As long as a logon is 'skinned' it matters not how old some of the images might or might not be. Old ones are typically the defaults.
Time to move on here, OK?...
