What we did with the shark was cleaned and cooked him, they are very good, if you like seafood, even some people that dont like seafood do like shark, just getting them to try it for the first time can be a chore and really not worth the effort, because then, you have to share, LoL!!
Leopards are sand sharks, they arent like a great white or anything, very different animal..
The taste resembles swordfish, thats about the best way I can think of to describe it, other than the very common and overly used "Tastes Like Chicken" in which my reply is "Why didnt you have chicken?" LoL
We dont keep all of them though, usually it's just for sport and we let them go, maybe one or two per season gets to make it on the grille, along side the chicken of course, LoL!!
Thanks! for the compliments on the logon, as far as the mouse-overs..some of them can be done without a splash..and some cannot...Email me when your ready to tackle one and I'll help as much as possible!
Taks care,
Z.

...I was referring to my wine impairment last night when I was seeing Alien Pool tables instead of Scanners!!.....this morning, definately looked like a scanner... ......and was just confirming my perception this morning that the beach was actually looking like 'just a beach'... if you get my drift....
thanks for the help offer on the splashes.....am still trying to hone my basics at the moment....but when I'm feeling more adventurous....I'll be in touch.....

I like the mouse over colour effect on this one again....can you only do that if you make them with the splash effect?...
