The reason I checked your file was because I saw that it was 4 mb, which is huge for this type of logon. Bmp 102, which is a small bmp in the default, has a full size 1280x1024 wall there now. Bmp 112 is also a full wall, and 103 and 107 are much larger than needed.
Try to use or make something close to default size, and skin 104, which is the bmp that is the pressed state for 103, the go button, and 105 and 106, which are the info buttons. Those don't show for people that don't have a password on their account, but for people that do, they do show and it's nice to have them skinned to match the rest of the logon.
