how do you get this to work? i loaded it and it doesnt show on my list and ive refreshed it

After you download the file, double click on it. It should bring up Logon Studio with that logon in it. If that doesn't work, look for the folder of that name in your Wincustomize\LogonStudio directory. In that folder you will see the file you just downloaded. Doubleclick on that file and it should then load into your LogonStudio program. Choose Load, then apply and it should work then. If it downloaded with a .zip extension, unzip the contents into a folder by that name under Wincustomize\LogonStudio. Hope that helps.

i tried everything you told me to try ladywolf and nothin happend it still wont work 
some of the logons i have work but like 3 of them including this one (and this one being the one i want to work the most ...i could care less about the ones that do work) dont work ...i dont understand how it works for these other people but it doesnt work for me
