You should be able to add it to logonxp if you unzip, then open logon and choose to import the file. If you're still having problems

Ok guys, I have figured out the problem with the making the logons work. What you have to do is choose to load the logonxp file rather than import it. If you import the file and attempt to load or edit it, it will result in an error. If you have any other problems with the skins, please let me know in a post and I will see what I can do.
