Its a little to simple, it would be much better if instead of the black background, it had more of the photo and mabye make the Text have a slight glow to it.
I dont care much for the log on User graphic, how its just plain grey wiht an UFO, the UFO is good, but need the plain grey just isnt doing it.
For the effort and idea, it was ok there was little effort. But all in all, for a beginner its good. keep practising, im sure u'll be real good in no time.
Also the screen shot is not really a screen shot its a mear thumnail. Need to get a screenshot.
Keep up the work and keep practising though.
