Hey np...for future refrence though...up at the top there you will see the description of the area your in.(Logons Stardock's LogonStudio(TM) is a free program that allows users to easily customize new logon screens for Windows XP. ) and the links right below that. WC always has a link there to whatever program you need to use that skin in. Some are freeware and some you need to purchase.
you will need to download and run Stardocks free logon studio and then download this or any other great skin here and then run the program. Choose what skin you would like to display on your start up and thats about it. You can learn more about Logonstudio from that page.
