Qas123, download & install logonstudio,
https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/
it's free, once you have it installed, download any of the logons in this logonxp section and select open when you download them, logonstudio will automatically load & apply the logon for you at that point.

Hi Troioi, first thing to do is delete the version you have.
Download & install this one again.
Don't attempt to edit it, These types of logons that use a splash will crash if you attempt to edit them and the only thing you can do at that point is delete them because they can't be used anymore.
Logonstudio can load & apply these types of logons but it can't be used to edit them.

you need windows xp & logonstudio to load & apply these logons,
are you able to use other logonxp's from this site?
If so this one shouldn't cause a problem, it's rec'd 1000+ downloads to date and no one else has mentioned that they can't use it.
