There are several ways. Easiest is to install sdcentral and access the logons via the "skins and themes" area and download. Another is to go to Wincustomize.com and click the "logons" link in the "gallery" section on the right and start downloading away.

download logon studio. then add a new logon and apply it. tis free. NICE LOGON. FTW
