I watch SG1 all the time. The Movie was awesome also. I wish they would make a second one. But they went to the series. I got to say, you did really well. I'm going to keep it as my logon for a while. Now, my suggestions.
1) Make the gate bolder
2) The gate has clamps where it selects the symbol target. Might want to check that out.
3) Could change Terminate Connection to - Close gate or something like that(Just a idea)
Other then that, It looks excellent. I give you 9 for the great work. And doing it without copying and using pictures is even better. Keep up the great work. Hope to see more.

Thanx guys.... And Weaksid i'll bear ur suggestions in mind... the gate was originally bolder, i dunno just liked it a bit more subtle i suppose (personal opinion). And as for the clamps, yeah i knew i was way off on that, but i'll keep that in mind for next time. Adios

sweet logon, awesome looking gate, i can even make out the constellation symbols.
i give it a 9.
speaking of 9s.. if u can get a ninth chevron on the gate without having to redraw the whole thing, it would look perfect (10).
