You must install Maxthon first.
Then double click the Fireworks.m2s file and it should install itself automatically.

This has become my favorite Maxthon skin. Compared to this one, most of the other Maxthon 2 skins look alike. Original and bold use of color. Of course, liking yellow and red helps.
