1. right-click the desktop. It displays the theme's start panel though bit messed up.
2. Adjust the the start menu's components by dragging them to get its top bar and bottom bar to align.
3. Press the menu's edit OB config.
4. There are two sections that make the task bar at the bottom. Dock the lower one (with the shortcuts) to the desktops bottom edge.
5. Dock the one that holds the actual tasks to the top of the screen edge so that it'll appear.
6. Undock the the secton from 5. and drag it down to the screen and place it above/next the section in step 4 where it belongs.
7. Now click the start button. it'll display the start menu Drag the start menu above and to the left of the bottom bars where you'd normally expect it to go.
8. Right click the bottom of the start button (since the start button is really composed of two bars), and go to its properties. Select the option to NOT align the popup. (This will force the popup to leave the startmenu alone where you placed it and not move it over the top part of the task bar).
9. In OB's general config options, tell it not to use the defined menu, which happens to be the start menu) when right clicking the desktop.
10. Save the OB theme, cuz you don't wanna do this again

armx is the background.
The way that I got the object bar to work is to install it. Yes its off the screen since I use 1280x1024. I then start the objectbar program again and it comes up with a GUI that will enable me to set the bar to fix at the bottom. If you look on the left side of the object bar program, you will see 'Autumn Bar Bottom' and 'Autumn Bar Top'. Click on the orientation tab and at the bottom of the page is the docking for it. Change this to dock to bottom.
Only problem that I have is there are 2 bars. The top piece and the bottom piece. Sometimes it comes up in the right place, sometimes they are flipped. I have to manually set them to float, then dock them one ata a time to the bottom to get them to appear right the way they should be with the top on the top and the bottom part on the bottom. Also, BandVWM still gets larger and smaller depending on what Icons are on the right. Its annoying. Still trying to figure out how to make that a fixed size over there.
Other than that this theme is the greatest. Its my theme that I will probably use for a long time...

What you have to do to get the bar working at lower rezes is hit CRTL-ESC to get your old start menu and load ObjectBar again which will bring up the Theme Editor.
Once you have the Theme Editor up you choose Retreive Lost Bars under Theme Tools.
You can then use CTRL+drag to move the bars around in the main area, but I don't know how to fix the start menu.
