Mark - the original greyscale GT2 cursors need renaming from *.zip to *.curXPtheme, but the OB theme should install by dbl clicking it, why it isn't working for you I can't say...

Wildharp - I've nearly finished a 3rd colour variant for the OB theme, can't promise when exactly I can upload it, but hopefully soonish

Tiggz, I love your stuff. New problem though. Recently lost most of the icons in the tray. It seems to limit the number to 4, and those that change stay stuck on the old one. Any ideas?

thx w1ck3d_kl0wn - I'm still stuck on the GT2 merry-go-round at the moment, plans for another style of skins, but too many loose ends to move on just yet

hi explorer - try and right click tray and "Configure tray filtering...", or update OB, or reboot...that kind of thing. Let me know how you get on

Thx Rasputin and Jk8x3
I'm supposed to be doing an amber version of this but I keep getting sidetracked by real life stuff, and also different skinning projects when I have any spare time...not sure if red will get a look-in ...or sparkle blue for that matter, but never say never...

This has to be the coolest thing I've ever seen .. I must say im farely new to the customizing world and I was reluctant to use OB, it just seamed to complicated for me but I just had to try your skin and now I'm understanding how it works, took me a while to figure out how to change it to fit my needs but I managed now I'm most of the GT2 theme and I think that your work is superb, my desktop has never been so productive and look really cool at the same time till now. I wanna thank you for sharing your talent with us and personally for getting me to use OB on the meanwhile.. my computer is staying GT2 for a while. One more thing.. if i can suggest a vertical version of sysmetrix (i know this might not be the right place to ask for it but what the heck ) I have OD on the top edge and i cant place it there and if i place it on the bottom the OB gets on top of it.. i know im picky LOL well if you cant then its ok GT2 is still at the top of my favorites, once again, thank you. (sorry for the long coment)

thx Nuklear, no problems with the long comment at all, it's great to get such detailed feedback

I would quite like to have a vertical sysmetrix myself from time to time, but, and I'm not kidding, my todo list is about 3 pages long already - you never know tho

hey. you are the best. but is there any possible way to make this for desttop x or window blinds? because im trying to use all the free customizing programs. gosh. my 30 day expiration expired. i really want you to do something about it. i know that there is already gt2 for blinds and destop x. but i prefer if you make it as everything in this picture on the left.

Ok Great work. I'm relatively new to this whole scene, and love your work, especially the launch bar, however I do have one small problem. It seems that in the 'start bar' as such, where the icons overlay the orbs, the transparent area of the icons make the orb negative in colour. i.e a kind of pink colour where it should be blue i.e http://www.bath.ac.uk/~en3adcr/bar.gif
I was wondering if this is a common problem with Win2K and if there was any way of sorting it.

Keep up the great work

Cheers

Hey Tiggz, I really like your GT2 theme. I wanted to add to the others that my SysTray is missing in the GT2 Object Bar theme under Windows XP. I use the same theme at work under Windows 2000 and the SysTray is fine. I have re-installed the theme both with WinStyles and directly from the website, no change.
I would add that I cannot get the "Configure Tray Filtering" option to come up either. It may help to know that Windows XP is installed on my home system (the one that doesn't show the SysTray) on the F:\ partition, so if anything is hard coded to the C drive, like any Reg entries, that would affect this system but not my work (2000) system, whose sys partition is on C:\. Any thoughts on things we can try?

Hey Archon - this theme was developed on an XP system, although installed on the standard C: drive. Why your systray doesn't appear I can't really offer any insight. The only thing I can suggest is to uninstall objectbar on the affected system and reinstall with the latest version - other than that I can be of little help I'm afraid.

arouse - that grab you posted definitely doesnt look right, sorry to say I can't see the reason for it. I haven't heard of this happening before. Does it do the same if you change the icons to more standard ones?

Thanks for the quick response Tiggz. I tried uninstalling Object Bar from Stardock Central, then I rebooted and re-installed Object Bar from Stardock Central; again, no Systray. This is the only theme for which I'm experiencing this effect. Can you give me any insight into how Object Bar ties in to the Windows Sys Tray?
