click right on a bar; properties .
Go to theme tools / theme options and check Convert the current WindowBlinds skin to use by bars in this theme.

nice job the nounours, this is nice to have for us old OS users 
i did notice it uses more ram than other OB skins though. my cpu stays around 50% one I run your theme.
