ok, thanks to bill i realized something concerning my first object bar...
do not zip ob files.
if you've tried to run this, it probobly hasn't work. non of the first 97 people wanted to tell me. until i can get it fixed, or i reupload it, you get it to work by downloading the file, and changing the extension from obtheme to .zip. then extract as usualy and dub click the remaining ob file. and it'll work. thanks for anybody's patience
