This looks suspiciously like one of Xero-'s bars, right down to the little scribble in the top left.
It even acts like it.

I agree with jacktuxedo. Even the dscription in the theme browser is the same. And btw Xero fixed the black scribble. You shouldn't take credit for other people's work.
