How do I use that? I just get the whole line of pictures, not an animation

Can anyone tell us how to use the animated shortcut docklet to call up the start menu? The animated shortcut docklet is great. Ivan

i was trying to put together a sort of icon montage for my Gaming folder. i got some icons off the internet (for private use, im not gonna rip off someone else's icons as my own) and i wanted to make them animated so that they fade into each other.
