The size is not good for an icon, icons should be a 1 to 1 ratio, 2 common sizes for Object Dock icons are 128x128 and 256x256.
At the 175x285 you have made/cut and pasted the icon gets squashed when used. If this is made in graphics software it is very jagged.
If it is cut from somewhere it is pretty jagged even for that.
