i'm glad to see that you like my icons. you can find the exact name if this visual style in the readme-textfile
but is is a conversion of an original mac osx-'skin' from http://www.studiotwentyone.com
this is really cool and i don't really understand, why they do not list these skins on wincustomize... LOL

Also, I hope you don't mind me asking... what skin/theme are you using on the window in the back... is it WindowBlinds or just a Visual Style?
