chopper: dunno why it prevents you downloading. have you tried with a different browser? if you still experience issues post in the forums. no need to flood this page with repeated requests.

I was going to try patching these to work in other positions, based on Vector Cell (what I currently use), but I couldn't figure out where the files got installed to.

Found 'em - they're in "My Documents\ObjectDock Library\Backgrounds"
Paint.NET works well to create the rotated background images. Adjusting the .ini file so they look good in practice is a matter of taste, so I leave that to you.
