2) ObjectDock gallery is for png icons not .ico (windows) icons, .ico go into Misc. Icons gallery.
3) 3 are at 32x32 true color, 1 is 64x64 256 color, not usable on OD, at new (OD 1.9) zoom of 256 they are very blurry at full zoom.
