I posted a question about this problem in the general forum since I cannot seem to find a WinCustomize e-mail about thech support. I've successfully downloaded this from three different computers, so perhaps there is somethiing wrong with the access settings for this file in the database. If it stays broken for much longer, I will jsut re upload it.
