I can't get this to work because there's no master 'I' icon in the folder. In every other theme, the icons are preceded by an 'I' icon with the name of the theme; this one doesn't have one. How did you get it to work?

Hey Sherry27! These are 256x256 PNG images. When you download them, you have to use OD or an icon developer to create what you want. These are not icons, but images. Therefore, there is no iconpackage. You can download the icons from the MISC. Icons section and then just apply them as you desire.
