Koen,
- The icon on the left is for pidgin (new version of gaim) - you can get it on deviantart.
- The icon on the right is for Ad-aware 2007, an icon I made awhile back. There are actually two different versions you can download them Here and Here.
The shadow and reflection on the adaware icon was done using my s&r template that was included in the Leopard I download, which you can get Here.
Also, if you get the s&r template and want to know how to use it (requires image editing software that can read .psd files ie photoshop) to make your icons sit properly on the dock then I would suggest checking out my video tutorial on my webpage, which can be found Here.
Any other questions, just let me know

Also, if you have image editing software, but not anything that can read .psd files (like paint shop pro). I can also send you a .tiff file, which still maintains the appropriate layers, but the video tut might not be as helpful.

I just realized something, the brown one is really really nice for aero executive if you like that, and you also like the cool reflective Leopard docks. These are nice, the brushed metal is great.
