Yeah, it's only inspired by the Leopard dock. I guess I should come up with a better name. 
I've had a hell of a time adjusting the icon position and haven't quite figured it out - any guides or hints?
I'll put up a better screenshot real soon, I took it with the alpha right down on a pretty uninspiring desktop. But thanks for the feedback, I'll see what I can do!
Update: I've renamed it based on your brilliant suggestion and cleaned up the dock a little.

No suggestions right off the top of my head, except that a useful site for dock tutorials is http://wiki.wincustomize.com/wiki/Main_Page. You may find the info you need there.

Whether the inspiration came from leopard OS or not is not the point. This is so cool it's now my all-time favorite dock background. five stars from me for sure! wow!

I'd like to ask your permission for porting it to a wip mac dock clone for windows called XWindows Dock. Back in May, when I downloaded this skin a.psd was included inside the pack, so that I already have it with me; I wouldn't port it without asking for your permission tho.
