Look good for your first submission! 
Try using the OutsideBorderRight/Left/Top/Bottom tags to center your icons on your side docks.
For tabbed docks use the OutsideBorderRight/Left & ContentBufferTop/Bottom for the top and bottom docks and OutsideBorderTop/Bottom & ContentBufferRight/Left for the side tabbed docks.
To get the tabs to meet up with your tabbed docks add these tags and adjust as needed.
Top Tabbed dock use - OutSideBorderBottom = ?
Left Tabbed dock use - OutsideBorderRight = ?
The bottom and right side docks should meet up without these.
And no...its not cheating using the site you linked to.

Hey WG - I'm having trouble with the zoomers, particularly when on the right edge of the screen - the icons are much closer to the right-hand edge of the dock, and the OutsideBorder tags are seemingly not having any effect. Which OutsideBorder do I need to fool with to bring the icons more to the left?
