Coming up Frankell. For the keen eyes amongst you, a slight wobble can be seen on frame 18 of this animated icon. It wouldn't normally bother anyone but I downloaded it myself and noticed it. I tracked this to an additional pixel in the .png file. It happens because a 150 X 150 pixel image multiple is expected. To repair the 'wobble' simply open the 'Heinz Baked Beans 6.png' in Photoshop Elements or similar tool. You'll find the image size to be 2850 X 151 pixels - (don't ask me how that extra pixel got in there). Just resize the image to 2850 X 150 and save it. The wobble will go away and the beans will rotate in perfect unison for as long as you want them to.

hey hey TrueScot probably you also added an horizontal movement !! ... I was looking for a similar effect working on my next FF animated (I tried with a different width size respect to the height but for all the frames). I'll keep it as it is as I really like it this way !

That's cool. I'm vegetarian. For me beans are important, more than beer! Which software do you use to make the can appeared in 3D? Thx

Hi there Mr Snippy, I'm happy to hear your dietory bias is satisfied with my 'Rotating Can of Beans' and that you can identify with it. The aim was really just to put something humourous on your Desktop/Dock than could bring a wry smile to your face just when you need it, you know beans, gas, methane, dry humour ....? But more important than beer? Steady on mate, let's not get carried away. You can use a number of 3D modelling/rendering engines to make a can rotate. Take a look at Xara3D, SoftImage, K-3D, Anim8or. Any of these - and there are plenty more - will produce a number of animated graphic formats e.g. .gif, .avi, .flv etc. There aren't any - as far as I know - that will produce the horizontal .png strip required for animated icons used in dock managers.
