My cursor is a pencil and how perfect this is for my desktop 
How do I apply it once I download it ? This is so new to me and I am having so much fun with the windowblinds and cursor and now the object dock thank you so much ! xoxo

Hi - unzip package and open folder then move the #2 Pencil folder to C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Dock\Backgrounds (or wherever you installed it). Then right click dock and choose Dock Settings or make new one and click appearance use drop down box to select one the pencils. Hope this helps?
