The .dockzip file isn't self-extracting and I am unable to open it. Is there another program or file I need to use this docklet?

I am running Windows Vista 32 bit and I get an error message that objectdock.exe cannot be found and then Objectdock shuts down and a message on my desktop ('ObjectDock Reloading...') which will not go away unless I reboot windows. Can you send me a copy of the .ini file that goes with this docklet? I changed the ext. from .dockzip to .zip but all that was extracted was the reboot.exe and the icons.
