Is there a way to use graphics or icons to represent the different functions instead of plain boring silver boxes?

well... i'm having a hard time trying to open this .dockzip file... i had read a lot of options on how to unzip this file and nothing... my objectdock keeps collapsing and I get the Windows error window saying to Send error report or not... please instruct me, I might be doing something wrong...
