Yes it will work for 1.9 but there will be no reflections, the full set linked to in the description will for for you on 1.9, it will also work for 2.0 beta.

Ah, that maybe be due to the new true stretch code and version 1.9 not be able to use it.I will have to test when I have the time.

Found the issue, since it is set for bottom only using the .ini tag [BackgroundBottom] will not work with 1.9, tag must be [Background] can only use [BackgroundBottom] if have other screen postions in .ini. With 2.0 having only [BackgroundBottom] does work, I think since it is only postion where reflection works.
