Heh. I work for Motorola. Yeah, they've had big problems with layoffs, morale kinda sucks - but when you're in trouble, what can you do? Just because you're a big company doesn't mean you can keep everyone on the payroll when things go bad. They've managed to stabilise it somewhat here (UK) . . . with about 1/3 the people gone.

Yeah Between the 6000 employe rotation at motorola and the 10,000 plus at Intel, Jobs are hard to get and keep..Motorola in Az Will not hire a permanent employee..The only way to get in their is as a temporary thru an employee service...
