Here http://home.hccnet.nl/averhoev.2/meters.zip you can get a preview version. Only thing that doesn't work is the network-meter, it stays fixed at 12%. I will be working on the network-meter this weekend.

(1) Uncheck the "Only animate on mouseover" in the configure dialog.
(2), right click and choose Toggle Animation from the popup-menu.
