I've run into that same problem I don't know how many times. If you have photoshop the best way I found to remedy it is open the png and put a grid over it. you should be able to tell which frames need nudged in what direction.

I think I'll make an "animation-maker"-application. Simply select the frames as images and it should turn it into a large PNG file.

Needs to be bigger and some different colour blades would be nice, you know to match up with theme
