How do I get the blue glass look? I am using this skin now and have the shadowed affect.

euh, with now OB+ i think no one would care of a KK menu add-on which is not free and much expensive than the whole OB+ LOL

Show me how to get the exact look of the menu in my screenshot using ObjectDock+?
I have ObjectDock+ and I think is excellent, but it doesn't have a feature like the Kkmenu. (And please, fly-out menus are not functional)
