I'm looking for the following in that style:
Desktop, Windows Explorer, Internet Connection (specifically CompuServe), Outlook Express, IE, Mozilla, Phoenix, Telnet, FTP, Photoshop, GoLive, FrontPage, Winamp, Notepad, and Calculator LOL
Does anyone know where I could get these?

Type and save the following as a .vbs file:
set wShell=wscript.createobject("wscript.shell")
wShell.sendkeys "^{ESC}"
Now - simply link your start menu icon to the saved .vbs files. One instant start menu. VBScript is your friend.

Of course, this technique won't work at all if you're security conscious and have disabled WSH.
