Can you add the notepad icon to this? THat would be awesome. Also have you thought of making a skull and putting them in that? BTW What program do you use and can you please email me at design@joedoug.com

I updated my original Notepad icon so it includes the hand now... About the skull I have not really thought about that but it could be a great idea. If I do something like that I will be sure to give you credit for the idea. As for programs I mainly use Adobe Photoshop CS. But the hand was created in Poser 5. Then I combined them in Photoshop. And thanks for all your comments I really appreciate them.

Very nice concept! Fresh and ingenius... And at the risk fo sounding sexist, is there a chance you could do that with a female hand? I don't want no dudes hand on my desktop LOL
